  • Frequent check in’s - discuss your training, recovery and motivation. Also go over technique corrections

  • Performance Testing - mobility, 3 rep max strength, speed, speed endurance, general fitness

  • Tailored Programming - based on your performance testing, specific to your performance goals

  • Readiness Tracking - help you keep track of sleep, stress, energy etc., so you know when to go hard, and when to recover.

  • Ongoing amendments to your program.

  • Receive nutrition targets with the option to have nutrition coaching by a registered nutritionist.
